Confidence Title began with two goals in mind: 1) To provide an increased skill level to every closing conducted in its offices; and 2) to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. . No longer would the customer be just another number or quota rather quite the opposite. Why else would anyone feel the need to open their own company and compete with the Goliath’s? The only answer is because we, the David’s of this world, can do it better.
Our office is located in Gaithersburg, Maryland. We serve both Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Our focus is our client and the attention we provide to their transactions whether it may be the purchase of their first home or refinance. In addition, we also prepare and review contracts; prepare deeds; certain related real estate legal documents and basically anything to do with residential real estate.
Our client is anyone who is need of professional services which are provided by experienced and seasoned employees who have not only the history but the knowledge of the industry.
