They're here!!!!!! The new FHA loan limits!!!

The Federal Housing Administration has agreed to increase the borrowing limits in Montgomery County and surrounding areas to the maximum of $729,750.00!

This is great news for those interested in purchasing a home who might have a little more debt than the next person.  The FHA qualifying rations are more flexible than those of the non-government loan programs.

Furthermore, FHA loans historically have also included Mortgage Insurance in their monthly payment, as of the most recent news, mortgage insurance was added during 2007 as a tax deduction on the long form.  Well, that is still the case, which is very different from the past.
