Flat Fee Closings
Confidence Title has expanded its Flat Fee Service to include both purchase and refinance closings.
Our flat fee purchase amount for Maryland closings is $795 and for District of Columbia closings, it's $895.
We continue to offer our $695 flat fee for all residential refinances throughout Maryland, $795 for DC.
Fee does not include title insurance*
*Title insurance may be purchased at a reduced “re-issue” rate if a prior owner’s policy is provided prior to settlement.
Furthermore, we charge an additional $250 for second trusts
Our Flat Fee includes:
- Settlement fee
- Title search
- Title exam
- Delivery charges
- Wire fees
- Notary and document certification
- Payoff and release service, for the first payoff ($85.00/ additional payoff)
Services and Charges not included in One Fee:

Any Government imposed charges including recording fees, transfer, recordation or property taxes
